How it works

I confirmed something but can't find it.

  • Check the right tab — Today, Tomorrow, Upcoming, In Your Head.
  • Use search.

Reminders aren't arriving.

An expected email isn't in my Emails tab.

  • Check your forwarding setup.
  • Confirm the sender is on your Allowed Senders list.
  • Refresh the Emails tab.

My partner can't see something I created.

  • Did you tick them in Who needs to know & remember? or add them to Shared with?
  • Have they accepted their household invite?

I see a calendar conflict alert and don't know what to do.

Shopping list updates didn't sync.

  • You may be offline. Reconnect and they'll appear.

I tapped "Let go" by mistake.

  • Open Archive and restore the item.

The Install banner won't disappear.

  • Tap Install Now — or dismiss it. On iPhone use Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen.

Important things to know

  • Bubsby never silently changes saved items.
  • If you can't find something, the cause is usually visibility (wrong tab) or notifications (not allowed).
