Why doesn't Bubsby add things automatically? By design. Every item waits for your tap — trust over cleverness.
Can Bubsby read my whole inbox? No. Only emails you forward, or — for connected Outlook accounts — emails from senders you've allowed.
What's the difference between sharing and assigning? Sharing makes an item visible. Assigning gives someone responsibility (and reminders). See Sharing vs Assigning.
Is there a desktop version? Bubsby runs in any modern browser. The installed mobile version is most reliable for notifications.
