When you tap Review on an email (or any captured input), Bubsby walks you through five short steps before saving.

What this does

  • Shows you everything Bubsby understood from the source.
  • Lets you fix anything before it's locked in.
  • Asks once about reminders, sharing, and calendar — so you don't have to think about them later.

When to use this

  • Any time you tap Review on an email or Continue after a capture.

How it works

  1. Summary — title, date, time, who it's for, location, key details. Edit anything that's wrong.
  2. Reminder — set when (and if) you want to be nudged. Skip if not needed.
  3. Share — choose who in your household should also see it.
  4. Calendar — choose whether to push it to Google, Outlook, or Apple.
  5. Lock In — final summary. Tap Confirm & Add to save, or go back to edit.

Important things to know

  • You can skip any step you don't need.
  • If you close the screen mid-flow, nothing is saved.
  • The original email stays as evidence — accessible later via the Why am I seeing this? expander on the item.
  • Confidence indicators tell you how sure Bubsby is about each field — see Confidence Indicators.

Common questions

  • Can I undo after locking in? Yes — open the item and edit, or send it to Archive.
  • What if a date is wrong? Just type the right one in the date field before locking in.
