Bubsby tells you how sure it is — and you correct anything you don't agree with.

What this does

  • Shows a confidence indicator next to AI-suggested fields (date, child, location).
  • Lets you change anything before confirming.
  • Uses your corrections to do better next time.

When to use this

  • Anytime you see a yellow or orange confidence badge on a field.
  • When the wrong child is suggested.
  • When the date or time looks off.

How it works

  1. On the review screen, look for the small confidence badge next to each suggested field.
  2. Green / blue — Bubsby is confident.
  3. Yellow / orange / red — worth a closer look.
  4. Tap the field to edit it.
  5. Confirm.

Important things to know

  • Confidence isn't a guarantee — even green badges can be wrong on unusual emails.
  • Corrections are saved as part of the item and may help future suggestions.
  • The original email is always kept as evidence — you can check the source via Why am I seeing this?

Common questions

  • Why is confidence low? Often because the email was vague, used unusual wording, or didn't directly mention a child or date.
  • Will Bubsby learn my preferences? Some patterns yes — see Timezone and Automations for what's tracked.
