Bubsby tells you how sure it is — and you correct anything you don't agree with.
What this does
- Shows a confidence indicator next to AI-suggested fields (date, child, location).
- Lets you change anything before confirming.
- Uses your corrections to do better next time.
When to use this
- Anytime you see a yellow or orange confidence badge on a field.
- When the wrong child is suggested.
- When the date or time looks off.
How it works
- On the review screen, look for the small confidence badge next to each suggested field.
- Green / blue — Bubsby is confident.
- Yellow / orange / red — worth a closer look.
- Tap the field to edit it.
- Confirm.
Important things to know
- Confidence isn't a guarantee — even green badges can be wrong on unusual emails.
- Corrections are saved as part of the item and may help future suggestions.
- The original email is always kept as evidence — you can check the source via Why am I seeing this?
Common questions
- Why is confidence low? Often because the email was vague, used unusual wording, or didn't directly mention a child or date.
- Will Bubsby learn my preferences? Some patterns yes — see Timezone and Automations for what's tracked.
