Bubsby uses AI to read messy input and turn it into something clean. It never acts without your confirmation.

What this does

  • Reads voice, photos, and emails to extract dates, names, locations, and tasks.
  • Suggests which child an item is for, when to be reminded, who to share with.
  • Shows you everything before saving.

When to use this

  • Anytime you want to know what Bubsby is doing on your behalf.
  • When deciding how much to trust a suggestion.

How Bubsby uses AI

  • Reads text from photos and PDFs.
  • Turns voice into text using your phone's speech engine.
  • Pulls structure (dates, names, locations) out of emails and notes.
  • Suggests which child, calendar slot, or household member fits.

How Bubsby does *not* use AI

  • Doesn't auto-create items — you always confirm.
  • Doesn't silently change things you've saved.
  • Doesn't read your wider inbox — only emails you forward or allow through.
  • Doesn't share your data with other households or advertisers.

Important things to know

  • The original source (email, photo, voice text) is preserved as evidence.
  • You can correct any AI guess and the correction sticks.
  • Confidence indicators tell you how sure Bubsby is about each suggestion.

Common questions

  • Can I turn AI off? You can always edit or override. The AI is on the input side — it doesn't run reminders or schedules.
