Send text, links, photos, or PDFs into Bubsby straight from any other app.
What this does
- Adds Bubsby to your phone's share sheet.
- Routes the right content to the right place — recipes go to recipes, links to import, files to OCR.
- Keeps the review-before-save rule.
When to use this
- A friend sends a recipe link in a message.
- You spot a class photo in your camera roll you want to capture context for.
- A school email arrives in your normal mail app and you want to forward it as a file.
How it works
- In the other app, tap Share (the system share sheet).
- Pick Bubsby from the list of apps.
- Bubsby opens with the content prepared:
- A recipe-like text or URL → opens the recipe capture screen.
- A regular web link → opens the import screen.
- A photo or PDF → opens the photo / document review.
- Plain text → opens typing review.
- Confirm or edit, then save.
Important things to know
- This works on both iPhone and Android.
- Nothing is saved automatically — you always see the review screen first.
- If Bubsby doesn't show in the share sheet, you may need to scroll or tap "More" to enable it once.
Common questions
- Can I share multiple photos at once? Yes — share them together and Bubsby will process each.
- Will it import the whole web page? No. It captures the link and the title — you confirm what to keep.
