A calendar view of everything you've added — week or month.

What this does

  • Shows your dated tasks, events, birthdays, and synced items in a calendar layout.
  • Lets you filter by child to see one kid's week.
  • Surfaces overlaps before they become a problem.

When to use this

  • Sunday-night planning.
  • Checking what's clashing on a busy week.
  • Looking at the month at a glance.

How it works

  1. Tap Calendar in the bottom navigation.
  2. Switch between week and month view.
  3. Filter by a child by tapping their avatar at the top.
  4. Tap any item to open it for details, or to edit.
  5. Use Add to calendars on any event to push it to Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.

Important things to know

  • The calendar shows what you've added in Bubsby. It doesn't pull in events from other calendars unless you've explicitly synced.
  • Birthdays from your Birthdays list show here too.
  • Conflicts are flagged automatically when two events overlap.

Common questions

  • Can I see my Google Calendar inside Bubsby? Not yet — Bubsby pushes outwards to your other calendars rather than pulling them in.
  • Why does an item not show on the calendar? It probably has no date. Open it and add one.
