Push events from Bubsby to your other calendars so they show up alongside everything else in your week.
What this does
- Sends an event to Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.
- Optionally sends it to your partner's calendar too.
- Keeps a copy in Bubsby so it's still in your Inbox and reminders.
When to use this
- "I want this on my work calendar so I block the time."
- "Make sure my partner has this in their Outlook."
- "Keep our family calendar in sync without retyping."
How it works
- Open any dated event.
- Tap Add to calendars...
- Choose a provider: Google, Outlook, Apple, or Other (downloads an .ics file).
- Choose recipients — yourself, household members, or both.
- Confirm. Bubsby either syncs directly (if connected) or opens that calendar's web flow.
Important things to know
- For Google or Outlook, you connect once in Settings → Calendar.
- Apple Calendar uses an .ics file or, on iPhone, a system permission prompt.
- Sending to a partner sends a request to their inbox; it doesn't write to their calendar without their permission.
- Editing the Bubsby item later doesn't always update the synced calendar — sync is a one-time push by default.
Common questions
- Will it create duplicates? Only if you sync the same event twice. Bubsby shows a warning before re-syncing.
- Can I sync recurring events? Yes — the recurrence pattern is included.
