How Bubsby decides which tab an item belongs in.

What this does

  • Splits dated items into three time buckets so you can think one step at a time.
  • Keeps overdue items visible without crowding the rest.

When to use this

  • Anytime you need a quick read on the day or week ahead.

How it works

Today shows:

  • Anything dated today.
  • Anything still pending from earlier days (overdue).

Tomorrow shows:

  • Items dated for tomorrow exactly.
  • Useful for an evening check-in.

Upcoming shows:

  • Everything dated after tomorrow, in date order.
  • Good for planning the week.

Important things to know

  • Items without a date don't show here — they live in In Your Head.
  • If an overdue item is more than two weeks old and you haven't touched it recently, it folds into a quieter "Older items" group at the bottom of Today.
  • Time-of-day matters for sorting: early-morning items sit above evening ones within the same day.

Common questions

  • What if I want a longer view? Open the Calendar for a week or month layout.
  • Where do completed items go? Into Archive. You can restore them anytime.
