How Bubsby decides which tab an item belongs in.
What this does
- Splits dated items into three time buckets so you can think one step at a time.
- Keeps overdue items visible without crowding the rest.
When to use this
- Anytime you need a quick read on the day or week ahead.
How it works
Today shows:
- Anything dated today.
- Anything still pending from earlier days (overdue).
Tomorrow shows:
- Items dated for tomorrow exactly.
- Useful for an evening check-in.
Upcoming shows:
- Everything dated after tomorrow, in date order.
- Good for planning the week.

Important things to know
- Items without a date don't show here — they live in In Your Head.
- If an overdue item is more than two weeks old and you haven't touched it recently, it folds into a quieter "Older items" group at the bottom of Today.
- Time-of-day matters for sorting: early-morning items sit above evening ones within the same day.
Common questions
- What if I want a longer view? Open the Calendar for a week or month layout.
- Where do completed items go? Into Archive. You can restore them anytime.
