A place to park things you'll do "soon" without committing to a date yet.
What this does
- Captures tasks that don't have a date — and that's okay.
- Keeps them visible without forcing them onto today's list.
- Lets you add a date later when you're ready.
When to use this
- "Book the dentist for the kids — sometime this term."
- "Sort the under-the-stairs cupboard."
- "Find that birthday present idea I saw."
How it works
- Open In Your Head from the menu (or use the FAB on that page).
- Type the task into the quick-add input, or hold the mic.
- The task appears in your undated list.
- When you're ready, tap the task and add a date — it moves into your Inbox.
Important things to know
- Items here don't trigger reminders — by design. They're parked, not scheduled.
- They don't show in Today, Tomorrow, or Upcoming until you give them a date.
- You can mark them done or delete them straight from this view.
Common questions
- What's the difference between this and Notes? Tasks need to be done. Notes are reference info you'll look up later. See Notes vs Tasks.
- Will I forget about them? Open this view when you're planning the week — that's when most parents review their parked list.
