Send school, sports, and family emails straight to Bubsby. They wait in your Emails inbox until you review them.
What this does
- Gives you a personal Bubsby email address.
- Lets you forward any email there manually, or auto-forward from Gmail.
- Holds every email for review before turning it into an item.
When to use this
- Class newsletters with multiple events.
- Permission slips and notices.
- Birthday party invitations.
- Anything you'd otherwise screenshot for later.
How it works
- Open Settings → Email Intake.
- Copy your personal Bubsby address (it looks like
yourname+token@inbox.bubsby...). - Forward an email to it from any inbox — or set up Gmail auto-forwarding.
- The email appears in Emails with a brief AI summary.
- Tap Review to see what Bubsby pulled out, then confirm or ignore.
Important things to know
- Emails always land in review first. Bubsby never creates items from them automatically.
- You can set an allowed-sender list so only emails from certain addresses (e.g. your school) show up.
- Original emails are kept as evidence so you can always check the source.
Common questions
- Can Bubsby read my whole inbox? No. Only emails forwarded to your Bubsby address arrive here.
- What if I forward something by mistake? Tap Ignore on the email card.
- Can I block a sender? Yes — tap Mute Sender on any email card.
