Bubsby has a free plan and paid plans (Plus, Pro, Premium). Here's how billing works.

What this does

  • Shows your current plan in Settings and a small badge in the top bar.
  • Handles trials, monthly and yearly billing, and grace periods.
  • Lets you upgrade, change plans, or cancel.

When to use this

  • Starting a free trial.
  • Comparing what each plan unlocks.
  • Updating payment details after a card expires.

How it works

  1. Open Settings → Billing, or visit /pricing.
  2. See your current plan.
  3. Choose a new plan to upgrade or downgrade.
  4. Billing happens through the App Store / Google Play on mobile, or by card on the web.

Plan states

| State | Meaning | |---|---| | Trialing | Inside a free trial — ends on the date shown. | | Active | All paid features available. | | Grace period | Payment failed. Update soon to keep access. | | Downgraded | Plan reduced. Existing reminders keep working. |

Important things to know

  • Cancel anytime — access stays until the end of your billing period.
  • A failed payment gives you a grace window before features wind down.
  • Some Recipes, Shopping, and Calendar features need Plus or above.

Common questions

  • Will I lose data if I downgrade? No — items, reminders, and household stay.
  • Switch between monthly and yearly? Yes, in Settings → Billing.
